Mukand’s key governing body, the Board of Directors, comprises six Directors, including Mr. Niraj Bajaj and Mr. A.M. Kulkarni, while the other four Directors are Non-Executive or Independent. Each Director contributes their recognised expertise to the company, enabling it to achieve its primary objective of becoming the leader in steel manufacturing & heavy machine building across all the countries it operates in.
