In his corporate career, Niraj Bajaj has built a stellar reputation as an astute businessman with impeccable integrity, visionary leadership, and an ability to motivate high-performing teams to deliver. A Harvard Business School graduate, Niraj is well-known in business circles in India and abroad as a Promoter – Director of the Bajaj Group of Companies, one of India’s oldest and most prestigious business houses. The Bajaj Group has over 50,000 employees working in the various company divisions and is a bellwether in industries such as two-wheeler manufacturing, finance, insurance, and more.
He is the President of the Alloy Steel Producers Association and the Indian Stainless Steel Development Association, in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of multiple Bajaj Group Companies, including Bajaj Auto Ltd. and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd., astutely guiding them with his vision and steady leadership.
On a personal note, Niraj is a three-time National Table Tennis Champion, including a four-time stint as India’s #1. A recipient of the Arjuna Award, the Shiv Chhatrapati Award, and the Gaurav Puraskar, he is a devoted husband to his wife, Minal, and a loving father to his two children – Kriti (M.Sc. from Stanford University, California, USA) & Nirav Bajaj (MBA from the Harvard Business School).
